Corporate Account

Please provide clear copies of the following corporate documents:
• Articles of Incorporation and Memorandum of Association
• Certificate of Incumbency (only for overseas companies)
• Business Registration Certificate
• If the company's operating address is different from its registered address, proof of address (e.g., a bank statement or a utility bill issued in the company's name within the last three months)
• Most recent financial statements
• Group organizational structure chart (only for companies with complex organizational structures)

You will also need to provide clear copies of the following documents for each beneficial owner holding 25% or more of the company shares and for each company director:
• Identity proof – if providing a passport, include the signature page and ensure the entire document is clearly visible
• Proof of residence – a bank statement or utility bill issued within the last six months; the document must clearly show the date, applicant's name, and address, and these details must match the information provided in the application form.
• Please note that if the account opening process is not conducted face-to-face, all corporate documents and identity proof documents must be certified by a lawyer, accountant, notary public, chartered secretary, SFC licensee, HKMA registered person, or Justice of the Peace.
