Terms of Use | Asia Future Trading Corporation Limited

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to your access to and use of: (i) the website; (ii) services; (iii) content; (iv) databases; and (v) materials (collectively referred to as the “Services”) of Asia Future Trading Corporation Limited (“Asia Future Trading”), whether accessed via the website or received in printed form at your request. These Services also include content and information provided by Asia Future Trading and its third-party vendors (collectively referred to as “Information Providers”). Asia Future Trading offers the Services subject to the terms and conditions stated below.

Agreement

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, Asia Future Trading will not provide the Services to you and you must cease all usage immediately.

You agree that Asia Future Trading may amend these Terms at its discretion without prior notice. Any updates will be published online and become effective upon posting. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly to remain informed. Continued use of the Services indicates your acceptance of any amendments. If you disagree with the amendments, you must notify Asia Future Trading in writing or by telephone and discontinue use of the Services.

Use of Services

The Services are strictly for your personal, non-commercial use.

By using the Services and software provided by Asia Future Trading, you acknowledge and agree that:

You may not use, store, reproduce, display, modify, sell, publish, transmit, or distribute the Services or related content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Asia Future Trading and/or any relevant Information Provider.
Asia Future Trading and/or its Information Providers retain all proprietary rights to the data and materials, including all forms of intellectual property whether registered or registrable, such as patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, database rights, trade dress, industrial designs, technologies, trade secrets, business names, logos, designs, marks, emblems, slogans, schematics, graphics, and any other legally protected content.
You shall not use any information for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
Application of the Services may require technical skills and professional judgment. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply the information.
You are fully responsible for all statements and actions performed using your user ID and password. You must ensure your login credentials are safeguarded and not misused or disclosed. If you suspect any compromise or unauthorized use, you must promptly notify Asia Future Trading in detail.

Nothing provided constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation for any transaction or financial product. While the Services are derived from sources believed to be reliable, they are provided 'as is'. Asia Future Trading and/or its Information Providers do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the Services. You agree that any errors or omissions do not constitute grounds for claims or legal action against Asia Future Trading or the Information Providers.

Limitation of Liability

Asia Future Trading and its Information Providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to these Terms or the use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, loss of data, or other intangible losses, even if they were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Miscellaneous

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that Asia Future Trading may record all telephone conversations, online chats, and meetings between you and the company for security purposes.

You further consent to Asia Future Trading’s right to monitor your use of the Services via the website. Such monitoring data shall be used solely for Asia Future Trading’s internal business purposes.

Any claim arising from these Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Denmark, and the Danish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
